Volunteer Form

We would like to invite you to participate in one of our many ministries. Our growing community has opportunities for involvement in many areas. Noted ministries do require training, which is offered on regular intervals. Volunteers are assigned on a rotating schedule and a weekly commitment is not necessary. Please prayerfully consider joining us in serving our community.

Stewardship Form

Mother Teresa families that receive tuition assistance for the local Catholic schools must demonstrate an active Catholic parish participation of Time, Talent, and Treasure. We ask Mother Teresa parishioners to strive to contribute at least $100/month to the Mother Teresa Mission and contribute to the BAA and Capital Campaign. Some of these funds go to provide the tuition assistance as well as everyday expenses of the Mission. Weekly participation at Mass is also expected. If you are relocating to our area, please provide this information from your current parish office.

Please complete this form and mail it to Mother Teresa Office or email to

Prayer Services on the Land

To build community and encourage people to utilize our future church property, ministry groups and community members are welcome to host prayer services and events at the 1221 Yates Store Road property.

Our Priest or Deacon may be able to attend the service. Please ask if they are available to assist or you can have a simple gathering for prayer if they are not available. There is a Statue of Mary, the Stations of the Cross, ample parking, shade, seating, and beautiful surroundings. A port-a-potty is available upon request, depending on size and expected length of prayer service.

If your ministry or other Mother Teresa group would like to schedule an event, please sign up here:
