We are celebrating in many ways the first weekend in November. All Saints Day is Thursday, November 1stMass will be celebrated at Green Hope High School at 7:00 pm.  We will continue celebrating as a community on Sunday, November 4th at both Masses.  Then on Sunday afternoon, join together for Fun, Prayer, and Friends at our future Church site from 3:00 pm – 6:00. On November 4th, please consider helping with our annual Thanksgiving Basket Project. During coffee & donuts we will continue our tradition of decorating Thanksgiving boxes and cards. Thank you for assisting us with this service project. All supplies will be provided, just bring your artistic talent.  We also need help with serving, set up, and clean up of coffee and donuts. There will also be Children’s Mass and All Saints Procession at both Masses on November 4. All children are invited to participate in the All Saints procession by either dressing as your favorite saint or carrying a saint picture. The Children’s Choir will sing at the 10:30 AM Mass.

Food Items being collected for Thanksgiving Baskets include:

Cranberry Sauce(16 oz cans)
Vegetables(14.5 oz cans)
Fruit (15 oz cans)
Sweet Potatoes (15 oz cans)
Soup (10 3/4 oz cans) (No cream soups please)
Stuffing (6 oz boxes/bags)
Rice (1 lb bags)
Dried Beans (1 lb bag)
Pasta 1 lb boxes/bags)
Spaghetti Sauce (26.5 oz cans)
Peanut Butter (18 oz jar)
Vegetable Oil (24 oz bottle)
Sugar (4 lb bag)
All Purpose Flour (5 lb bag)
Potatoes—Instant (1 lb box)
Roasting Pan (1 large oval foil pan)

Collection basket for monetary donations will be available in the cafeteria.
